About 

Our enterprise became operational in 2022, initially focusing on basic construction works. The founder of Surya's is Golla Kumar Bharath. As our enterprise grew, we expanded our services to include implementation work and marketing strategies for PCBs. We are proud to announce that our company is now registered with UDYAM-MSME, under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

The incorporation date of the enterprise is 01/06/2022, while operations officially commenced on 01/06/2022. The name of the enterprise reflects a significant moment in life. 

We have what you need; we possess the expertise to handle your projects. Our mission, aligned with yours, is to plan and execute projects flawlessly. Together, we can create a perfectly planned outcome.

General Details / Disclaimer About of Organization :- 

1. Organization Structure:

  • Our organization is run by a sole proprietor (not a private limited company, NGO, etc.). 
  • We have only 4 employees, so we do not have EPFO/ESIC, etc. 2 External Persons.
  • We fall under MSME Udyam Enterprises.
  • Basic allowances are allocated to workers, trainees, and freelancers.

2. Registration and Legal Status:

  • Our organization is registered under MSME Udyam, Govt. of India, as a Sole Proprietorship-Micro. 
  • We do not engage in any e-commerce activities, and our income is not more than 20 lakhs, so we are not required to register for GST.
  • Our organization operates on a part-time basis, so the sole proprietor’s salary does not exceed 3.5 LPA. As per Indian tax rules, no tax is applicable in our case.

3. Business Network and Operations:

  • Our business network is limited to India. 
  • We primarily focus on creating PCB designs and working on electronics-based projects and journals.

4. Internships, Trainees, Advisor and Freelancers:

  • All internships are solely for student welfare and conducted with a service-oriented motive. 
  • Interns, trainees, and freelancers are not considered employees; they are regarded as trainees only. They are not a emoloyee.
  • This distinction is stated in the NOC/bonafide letters provided by the students and heads of their institutions.

5. Policies and Fees:

  • There are no scams in our organization. 
  • Only an internship/workshop enrollment/registration fee for managerial casuals is charged, based on the event.
  • Present Policy is 25/P/01 Dated on 01.01.2025. (For Policy Approch Admin).

6. Authority and Signing:

  • The only authorities authorized to sign on behalf of our organization are the Proprietor/Founder. Also, Represented Signing Authorites  Admin. 

7. MoUs and Sponsorships:

  • Some Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) have been signed with various institutions, Asked to admin. 
  • Sponsorship is provided on a request basis and based on marketing outcomes.

8. Offices and Branches:

  • All branches have been closed and moved to Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu.

9. Official Online Presence:

  • Our official pages are on our website, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram only. 
  • Before signing the form, please read and agree to the policies clearly.
  • There are no additional casual pages.

10. Work Type:

  • Full Time/Part-Time / Remote (Online) Based on Workser.
