About/Disclaimer of Organization:-

    1. Our organization is run by a Sole Proprietor (not a private limited company, NGO, etc.).
    2. We have only 2-10 employees, so we do not have EPFO/ESIC, etc. We come under MSME Udyam Enterprises. Basic allowances are allocated to the employees and trainees, freeclancers.
    3. Our organization is registered under MSME Udyam Govt. of India as a Sole Proprietorship-Micro.
    4. We do not engage in any e-commerce activities, and our income is not more than 20 lakhs. Therefore, we are not required to register for GST. Our organization operates on a part-time basis, so the sole proprietor's salary does not exceed 2.5 LPA. As per the tax rules of India, no tax is applicable in our case.
    5. Our business network is only within India. We primarily create PCB designs and work on some electronics-based projects and journals.
    6. All internships are solely for student welfare and are conducted with a service motive., All interns and freelancers are considered as a trainees, there are not permanent or temporary jobs. This is also declared in the NOC/bonafide letters provided by the students and heads of their institutions.
    7. There are no scams in our organization. There is only an internship/workshop enrollment/registration fee for managerial casuals based on the event.
    8. The only authorities authorized to sign in our organization are the Proprietor and Admin & HR.
    9. Some Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) have been signed with various institutions-listed on webiste coach site.
    10. Sponsorship is provided on a request basis and based on marketing outcomes.
    11. All branches other branches are closed and have moved to Perambur, Chennai District, Tamil Nadu. Addtionally, one small office/unit in Gummdipoondi, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu.
